The Nebraska-Iowa District Board is comprised of six officers and six regional trustees. Each of the trustees are elected by their respective regions. The governor, governor-elect and vice governor are elected annually by the House of Delegates at the annual convention. The administrator and treasurer serve a three-year appointed term.
